Set up in Buttevant in 1996 after previously working in the industry for many years, we at Cork Architectural Technicians offer a first class full service with a one to one personal touch from pre-planning to grant of planning including site levels, percolation tests, site supervision, stage payment certificates and cert of compliance on completion of work. We are a one man operation working from a home office, enabling us to offer very competitive rates. Since our existence and accumulation of experience we have been appointed to Cork, Limerick, Waterford and Kerry Council planning board for percolation testing.
All of our house designs are in accordance with rural housing design guides required by the planning department in each Council.
Our Team
Cork Architectural Technicians trading as O’ Riordan Architectural & Building Services Ltd. is a one man operation run by Brian O’ Riordan with qualifications in Architectural Technology, Computer Aided Draughting & Design using Autocad and Wastewater Treatment with a FETAC Certificate for on site waste water treatment (for perculation & water table testing).
